Noticing the Noise
Before you can train the mind, you have to hear it clearly. This module is about noticing the constant inner commentary most people mistake for 'just how thinking works.'

About this module
Most people never truly hear their own mind — they hear through it, the way you stop hearing a fridge hum after a while.
This week, your only job is to notice. Not fix, not judge, not optimize. Just notice when a thought arrives, what it's wearing, and whether it's true.
Practice: three times a day, pause and ask “what am I telling myself right now?” Write it down. That's it...
